Ellie-isms.

Recent Ellie-isms...

Grandpa got a job about a month ago...I mentioned something about "Grandma and Grandpa's house", and she looked up at me with big, sad eyes and said "Now it's just called 'Grandma's house,'  
'cause Grandpa always leaves!"

Eva was playing in her bouncy station thingie, and moving a lion and an elephant on a see-saw, and it was making a clicking sound. Ellie was laying on the sofa watching TV, and I was in the kitchen making dinner.

I heard Ellie say in a stern voice, "Eva, if I hear you do that ONE MORE TIME, you're getting a spanking!"
So I had to go intervene.

Then last night when I was tucking Ellie in, I had Eva hooked under my arm 'cause she was having a screaming fit when not being held. I gave Ellie a kiss and then made Eva swoop in for a kiss on Ellie's forehead. Ellie scrambled quickly to the far corner of her bed, and yelled "Eva, I don't want your Spit-Kiss!"

Speaking of spit, Ellie's quite the little spitfire. I pity all her future suitors.
