Well I feel dumb...

Ellie saw a commercial on TV for a remote control plane. She said "Mommy, can we buy an airplane?"

I distractedly responded, "Ellie, planes are for boys."

She didn't miss a beat. "Mommy, can we buy a pink airplane??"



And that's called being outsmarted by your 2 year-old.
