Let's go FISHING!

We always try to have a FHE during the weekend, since we can't on Monday nights... During the week I did some coupon-clipping (recently acquired hobby of mine), and I found one for Bear's soup mixes on sale 2 for 6 bucks. Jackie turned me on to chicken tortilla soup while she was here, so we went to HyVee to pick some up. They had baby carts there, so Ellie was pushing one around the store (she was amazing at steering-- never once hit anyone/thing!)and Ricardo told her, "Ellie, if you need anything just put it in your cart." :D

We ended up buying her a mini fishing game. Where you catch the fish with your fishing poles while they spin around. But it was a cheap wind-up one, and it would only spin for like 4 seconds and then needed wound up again. So, we decided we needed the real thing. We bought her the real version, Let's Go Fishin', and played our hearts out Saturday. Ellie is really good. She only sometimes cheats and grabs the fish with her fingers.



The game is for 4 yrs and up, I might also mention. Ellie's only 3. Just sayin. :)


Oh, and as a side note, the one of Ellie is very yellow, I know. It was before I changed the White Balance on my camera. But I still thought it was really cute. So, I'm posting it anyway :)
