Trunk or Treat

Super baby Eva sported a cape all evening. She tried to take off on me a couple times, but I quickly grabbed an ankle and pulled her back to earth.                                    


Chief Princess Ellie maintained a confident and collected air as she surveyed the people of her tribe.

Ellie laid in bed last night snuggling her Papi. Ellie told him, "My mommy is the BEST mommy in the world."

And of course Ricardo couldn't resist stirring the pot.

"No, MY mommy is the best mommy in the world."

And Ellie couldn't resist arguing: "Well, MY mommy is the BEST mommy in the WHOLE WIDE world!"

Papi one-upped her with, "My mommy is the best mommy in the whole entire huge large big gigantic world!"

Ellie was not going to lose (aww, she loves me!):

"My mommy is the best mommy in the whole wide world... and all that other crap."

Now, Ellie has never, ever said the word crap before! Sure, she's heard it... just never repeated. So if it continues... we will need to put a stop to it.

But secretly, I'm glad she got all hard-core with her language to defend her Mommy!!! Love that little chief.
